Bamboo bar; where you can relax in the garden to the sweet melodious sound of
the birds.
Activities: Sight seeing, guided hiking
tours, whale watching, bird watching, horse back riding, etc. All activities can
be organized at the Morning Bird front desk.
Our standard suite contains a double bed,
full assorted kitchenette, private bathroom with hot and cold water, ceiling
fan, television, rental of cellular phones, wake up calls, high speed internet
and daily maid service.
The deluxe suite contains two balconies:
one over looking the Caribbean sea and the other at the lush green mountains, it
has two double beds, full bath room with hot and cold water, television, well
assorted kitchenette, ceiling fans, high speed internet, spacious living room,
rental of cellular phone service, and daily maid service.
Our Superior suite has a wrap around
balcony over looking the Caribbean Sea, a spacious living room, magnificent
ocean view, two double beds, television, rental of cellular phone service, high
speed internet, daily maid service, a well assorted kitchenette. This suite has
a romantic accent specially designed for the honeymooner, love birds or a lovely
family.
Reservation deposits and
payment:
●A 50% deposit is due upon reservation
and confirmation.
●Full payment (less deposit) due 14 days
prior to arrival date.

●No pets and no smoking allowed in Royal
vacation homes, however smoking can be allowed on balcony.
●All reservations subject to 15%
VAT.
●Monthly rates are based on 28
nights.
●For reservation of 4 nights or less a
cleaning fee will be charged.
●Reservations crossing over different
seasons will be pro-rated by their prospective dates and season.
Cancellation
policy:
●Cancellation received 31 days or more
prior to your arrival date are 50% refundable.
●0% refund for cancellation less than 30
days prior to your arrival date

| From 1st February, 2007 to 15th May,
2007, the following countries will be treated as a Single Domestic Space:

Trinidad and Tobago
Nationals of the following countries
and their dependent territories DO NOT REQUIRE A VISA to visit the Single
Domestic Space for Cricket World Cup 2007 or for any other
reason,
Canada
France
Germany
Japan
Ireland
All CARICOM Nationals except
Haiti
Italy
South Africa
Spain
The Netherlands
United Kingdom
United States
and any other nationals who already enjoy
before 1 February 2007, a form of status conferred by any of the immigration
authorities of the 10 countries which form the Single Domestic Space and which
is valid until at least 15th May 2007.
If you do not fall into any of the above
categories, you need a visa.
